In fact, we’ve helped over 50 buyers in the past four years alone, which is quite an achievement when you realize how competitive the market has been for home buyers. We know how to submit competitive, competent, and compelling purchase offers to get the attention of home sellers.

Professional Experience - Valerie is a second-generation agent and a full-time Realtor for 35+ years and has been a real estate team with Erik for five years. Erik is also an actively licensed CPA with over 30 years of corporate finance experience. We’re skilled and nimble at negotiating and we will help you optimize your home purchase or home sale.

Relocation Specialists – We know virtually all of San Diego and with our corporate background, we’re accustomed to working with the unique demands and pressing timelines of employee relocations. In partnership with Windermere Relocation & Referral Services, we help incoming buyers find their next home in our beautiful city and help departing families sell their house.

Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES) - We are “SRES’s”, a National Association of Realtors designation awarded to Realtors able to meet the special needs of maturing homeowners. We specialize with assisting long-time homeowners on pre-sale preparation, staging, showings, inspections, moving, working with family on all elements of a home sale and relocation.
